2.2 Changes: We make every effort to accurately represent our PDF files, including product descriptions and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that all information is current, accurate, or error-free. Theme-Prints reserves the right to modify its delivery and/or payment conditions. It is your responsibility to stay informed of any changes, which will be published on the Theme-Prints website.
2.3 Product Guarantee: Theme-Prints guarantees that the delivered product complies with the agreement and meets the specifications stated in the offer.
2.4 Email Issues: In the event you do not receive the printable in your inbox, please contact us, and we will personally resend your order. Your email address will only be used for the purpose of sending printables.
2.5 Payment: All payments are processed securely through Mollie. By completing a purchase, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the chosen payment processor. Theme-Prints is not responsible for incorrectly provided email addresses.
2.6 Delivery: Our PDFs are digital products. Upon successful payment, you will receive the PDF file(s) in your email.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 Ownership: All PDF files available on our website are the intellectual property of Theme-Prints. Purchasing a PDF file grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the file for personal purposes.
3.2 Prohibited Actions: You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, or otherwise exploit the content of the PDF files for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Theme-Prints.

4. Pricing and Liability
4.1 Currency and VAT: All prices are in Euros and include 21% VAT.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for PDF file purchases unless there is a technical issue with the file preventing its proper use.
5.2 Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues with a purchased PDF file, please contact ous within 7 days of purchase for assistance.
